FRESH ASPARAGUS

We always plucked it, the best asparagus of the 2020 vintage, from Jakobs-Hof, fresh from the fields in Beelitz and Schäpe.

The asparagus season is on, we are now selling the dishes in the restaurant and out of the house.

Chef Elsasser recommends his asparagus with the best Hollandaise sauce or alternatively with brown butter, boiled potatoes and of course with ham, schnitzel or scrambled eggs.
