WE ENJOY AUTUMN...

Those who - like us - are in the mood for autumnal dishes can currently enjoy our tender venison goulash in a mushroom cream sauce, which lets you taste the golden October while walking in the forest. Or a crispy roasted half farmer’s duck served with Thuringian dumplings and a sophisticated sauce that only Chef Elsasser can make.
A real classic is the Zunftwirtschaft pumpkin soup, made from the pumpkin varieties Hokkaido, butternut and muscat pumpkin, among other things, with a hint of ginger, curry and onion...
The range of specialties is a bit larger - from Alsace's old Berlin lentil soup with and without sausage to handmade Baden cheese spaetzle.
The dishes are always fresh and while stocks last.
Alsace's Kaiserschmarrn for dessert should be briefly mentioned - it doesn't get any more "fluffy"...
